Why	I think radial saws are mesmerizing and have a very solar look which I'm all about..
Who	I have to give props to Jussaro Figueredo and Bruce Gibbs who both have painted radial saws.
How	The radial saw is placed on the t-shirt, its hole is taped and then sprayed over. Then a cardboard template is placed over the saw and t-shirt revealing just the saw's hole. The hole is then painted.
